1/4" rolled rubber flooring is an excellent choice for many fitness center/room formats.  Hotels, condo/apartment facilities, personal trainers and fitness centers use this material for mainly cardio areas without strength training equipment such as Olympic plates and/or dumbbells.  Exceptions are multi-station units with affixed weight stacks.  Smaller rooms/facilities are perfect as well for the fluid looking texture and nearly invisible seams.  Lengths are specified by the client for an easier installation and far less waste.
