The mutigym was developed many years ago to incorporate many exercises into as little space as possible. Units now referred to as "Jungle Gyms" incorporate cable crossover units as well as much used exercises such as lat pulldown and low row motions. Many multi-station units are considered "modular" which allows the client to choose the specific exercises and even the placement of each station. Today, the same quality, "top-notch" performance of single duty pieces is now offered in multigym formats at a lesser cost to the facility or individual.
